All tickets purchased for The Chosen Festival are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. We encourage you to double-check the event details before making a purchase.​

Event Cancellation

In the event that The Chosen Festival is canceled for any reason (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, unforeseen circumstances), ticket holders will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

If the event is rescheduled to a later date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
